Penny is one of the very talented street-stencil artists the U.K produces. The guy either create huge murals or very tiny stencils...One needs to understant the work behind cutting stencils to represent the amount of work behind his pieces.
We bought a few weeks ago a tiny stencil done on a piece of ironmongery... the result is superb and we are proud to display this at FineArte Gallery.
